Weatherization Programs

Holistic approach to increasing energy efficiency of homes, multi family buildings, and mobile homes. Low-income residents apply to the program. If accepted, an energy audit is done and then energy-efficiency measures are taken. Funded by the U.S. Department of Energy and U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. Already a well-established program. Maybe there is work to be done in program awareness?
