About Audrey
Audrey Leous, AICP
Project Manager, Planning & Sustainability
Central Atlanta Progress
Audrey Leous is the Project Manager for Planning & Sustainability at Central Atlanta Progress. Audrey served as the Project Manager for the Downtown Atlanta Master Plan, which established a bold new vision for the future of Downtown Atlanta. She manages CAP’s sustainability initiatives, including the Atlanta Better Buildings Challenge and the development of a sustainability action plan for Downtown. Audrey also engages in zoning and urban design issues through her work coordinating the SPI-1 Development Review Committee, which is responsible for reviewing development proposals for projects in Downtown. Audrey works on other planning-related projects, including an effort to cap the Downtown I-75/85 Connector, exploring policy to support transportation demand management, and supporting the growth of a neighborhood-based economic development organization in the Sweet Auburn Historic District.
Previously, Audrey was a researcher at Georgia Tech where she managed a transportation research center, and she also worked in Washington DC at the US Green Building Council. Audrey graduated with a Master’s in City & Regional Planning from Georgia Tech, and received her bachelor’s degree from Bucknell University in Pennsylvania.
